Private Infrared Sauna
Escape and maximise your downtime with Recovery Club’s private infrared sauna suites. These sessions offer a range of benefits, including promoting muscle relaxation, improving circulation to aid in fast recovery, and supporting detoxification.
Your 50 minute sauna experience includes access to a full spectrum infrared sauna, in-room shower facilities, premium entertainment options with an in-room screen and built-in Bluetooth speakers, and complimentary body wash provided in the showers.

Private Contrast Therapy
Surrender to both the intense warmth and profound cold in Recovery Club’s private Contrast Therapy suites. Featuring a traditional Finnish sauna, cold plunge bath and in-room shower facilities, these suites allow you to enjoy a recovery experience without interruption.
Each session includes up to 50 minutes of recovery time and can be booked individually. For those feeling social, you can also book this room for a private group of up to two people, with an additional guest charge.
Communal Contrast Therapy
Experience the perfect blend of tradition and innovation in Recovery Club’s communal contrast therapy room. Join us for a unique recovery experience designed to foster connection and rejuvenation.
Spend 50 minutes in our social contrast room, alternating between the heat of our custom-built traditional Finnish sauna and the invigorating chill of our three ice baths. The space also features a communal shower and a convenient changing area with lockers.
Compression Therapy
Discover the pinnacle of relaxation and recovery in Recovery Club’s Normatec Lounge, where cutting-edge technology meets optimal comfort.
Enjoy a 20 minute session in our lounge, where we provide compression therapy to boost muscle recovery and circulation. The space also features premium entertainment options, including a large-screen TV, to make your session even more enjoyable. Whether recuperating from an intense workout or simply seeking rejuvenation, our Normatec Lounge is the ultimate recovery space.
